TOURISM AROUND:
Le Mans is one of the biggest cities in the West of France. It is known for its famous 24h car race but also for its rich history and gastronomic heritage. Its historical centre is also a place to visit for medieval history lovers. A visit of the medieval historical centre will be suggested during the workshop.

CATERING
The workshop grant will cover refreshments throughout the event and lunch on Thursday and Friday. A dinner will also be held on the Thursday evening.
WIRELESS ACCES
Access to wifi via Eduroam is available throughout the building. If you are not registered with Eduroam you will be given instructions and a code for accessing the wireless network. Computers are also available for checking email in ENSIM for those who don't have a laptop.
TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS
Talks are scheduled in slots of 20 min. Therefore, we expect 15 min of presentation plus 5 min of questions.
Poster sessions will be also organized during the workshop. We sugest to print posters in A0 format.
