There is no requirement to submit a full paper. Speakers should submit an abstract of up to 400 words including details of their presentations and references. Submission of abstracts are open up to 4th 21st of March. Submission can be done in the following link: Submission

The presentation will be organized in 3 types of submission: Oral presentation, Poster presentation and Experimental set-up demonstrations. For the last one, a video of the experimental set-up or a live experimental set-up is required for the workshop.

The Conference Committee reserves the right to decline submissions that are not in line with the objectives of the event.

Proceedings will be collected and compiled from presentation slides/videos.

A selection of presentation will be recommended for publication in a special issue of a peer-review journal after the workshop.
